The Fine Print — Kept Short
- New clients only. Available to households and businesses that have not previously received paid service from Jackrabbit Tech. One offer per household or business.
- Labor only. Parts, hardware, software licenses, and third-party subscriptions are billed at cost — we don’t mark them up during your trial period.
- 30 days from first service. The window begins on the date of your first completed service visit or remote session.
- Roanoke Valley service area. On-site visits available throughout Roanoke, Salem, Vinton, and surrounding communities. Remote support available anywhere.
- Fair use applies. Covers standard support, repair, and setup work. Large-scale projects (full office buildouts, server deployments) are quoted separately — we’ll always tell you up front.
- Limited time. Offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time; clients already in their 30-day window keep the full benefit.
