What we offer
Don’t see it? Ask — we’ve probably handled it.

Managed IT Support

Someone to call when things break — and a system that catches most issues before you have to. One flat monthly fee.

Cybersecurity

Endpoint protection, MFA, phishing training, and 24/7 monitoring — so a careless click doesn’t become a six-figure problem.

Cloud Migrations

Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace. We move email, files, and apps on evenings and weekends — nobody loses a Tuesday.

Network Infrastructure

Wi-Fi that reaches the back office, clean cabling, and firewalls configured for your network — not factory defaults from 2019.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

If a server dies at 9 AM, we want you back by lunch. We test restores quarterly — an untested backup isn’t a backup.

IT Consulting & Planning

Adding staff? Second location? A software contract that quietly tripled? Let’s talk before you sign anything.

Why Jackrabbit

IT should be an asset, not a headache

You don’t need an enterprise IT department. You need a small, reliable crew that picks up the phone, knows your setup, and resolves things without a ticket vanishing into a queue for six days. Our team brings 44+ years of combined experience across Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA-certified disciplines — and we learn how your business runs before making technology decisions.

  • Flat-rate plans — no surprise invoices
  • Local techs for real on-site visits
  • Microsoft, CompTIA & Cisco certified engineers
  • Vendor-neutral — we suggest what fits, not what pays us
  • One account manager who knows your name and your network
What clients tell us
Real words from real clients

Daryl has been my go-to guy for years. I have always found him to be very responsive and great at diagnosing problems.

★★★★★

C. Jones

I am pleased and impressed by the quick response and services provided. I’d been dreading the task of getting my computer serviced, and Daryl made it so easy.

★★★★★

K. H.

Daryl has always done exactly what needs to be done, for the price quoted, and in the time estimated. He doesn’t take advantage of my relative tech ignorance, and answers all of my questions — even the stupid ones. You can’t go wrong.

Common questions
Yours isn’t here? Send it over.
Are we too small (or too big) to work with you?

Our sweet spot is roughly 5 to 150 employees, but we flex both directions when the fit is right. Honestly: under 5 people, a managed plan often doesn’t pencil out — and we’ll tell you that on the first call rather than sell you one.

Do you charge by the hour, or is it a flat fee?

Managed plans are flat monthly fees — same invoice every month, no matter how often you call. We offer hourly work for one-off projects. Flat rate keeps incentives clean: you’re not penalized for asking questions, and we’re not paid to drag things out.

What does a managed IT plan actually cost?

It depends on headcount and your security and compliance needs, but most clients land between $90 and $175 per user per month, all in. Real quote after a short audit — no surprise add-ons later.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Average response is about 4 hours, but urgent issues get a real human within 30–60 minutes during business hours. Critical outages — whole office down, ransomware — jump the queue automatically.

We already have an in-house IT person. Can you still help?

Yes — very common. They handle day-to-day; we cover specialty work like security, cloud migrations, after-hours coverage, and vendor management. It also means your internal person can finally take a vacation.

Do we have to switch all our software and vendors?

No. We’re vendor-neutral: if your current software works, we support it. If something genuinely isn’t serving you, we’ll say so and explain why — we don’t get kickbacks for steering you anywhere.

What happens if we ever want to leave?

You take your documentation, credentials, and hardware, and we help with the handoff. We document everything as we go specifically so leaving isn’t painful. If we can’t keep you happy, you deserve a smooth exit — not a messy one.
